Born in a family with deep roots in Israel’s land, Yehuda Miller’s journey led him through Gush Katif, Hebron, and now Bat Ayin. Inspired by walks in the Judean hills, Yehuda began blending unique spice mixes that reflect local tradition.

The Sansan & Dekel family were among the pioneers who settled in Gitit, in Israel’s Jordan Valley. Inspired by the dream to make the desert bloom, they worked together to plant and tend their own groves of Medjool date palms on land that was once barren.
The family’s approach is hands-on — they care for each tree themselves, working in partnership with the land and each other. Farming dates is hard work, often demanding long, hot days and plenty of resilience, but the moment they taste the first sweet fruit at harvest, their efforts feel worthwhile.
