Disclosures.
Age. The Service is not directed to children under the age of eighteen (18) or the age of majority where you reside, whichever is younger. If we become aware that a child under this age has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to remove such information and terminate the child’s account.

Translation.
We may translate this Privacy Policy into other languages for your convenience. Nevertheless, the English version governs your relationship with Company, and any inconsistencies among the different versions will be resolved in favor of the English version.

Application of this Privacy Policy.
This policy applies where we are acting as a data processor with respect to your personal data, in other words, where we process your personal data on behalf of another party.
This policy applies where we are collecting Personally Identifiable Information (as further described below) from individuals and / or sole proprietors and does not apply to the collection of data from corporate entities. This policy applies however we collect Personally Identifiable Information, however accessed and / or used, whether via personal computers, mobile devices or otherwise.

[Optional] Other Sites. This Privacy Policy shall also apply to our Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram and all other Social Media accounts (the “Other Sites”) except where there may be a conflict between our policy and the Other Sites, in which case the polices of the Other Sites shall apply.

Collecting Personal Information and How We Use It.
Lev Haolam is a membership-based community. Our primary service is the provision of access to exclusive online content, community features, and a private e-commerce shop with unique Israeli-made products.

Physical product deliveries (such as monthly surprise boxes) are optional and available as part of specific membership plans. These are not the core product or service, and the main offering remains the membership access.

Personally Identifiable Information. When you engage in certain activities via the Service you may provide information to us which may include personal information, which is information that may reasonably be used to identify you, such as your name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, credit card number, and other content you upload or provide to us. We may use or share Personally Identifiable Information to provide products and/or services to you, to enhance the operation of the Service, improve our marketing and promotional efforts, analyze use of the Service. We may also use Personally Identifiable Information to troubleshoot, resolve disputes, accomplish administrative tasks, contact you, enforce our agreements with you, including our Terms and Conditions and this Privacy Policy, and to comply with applicable laws and in cooperation with law enforcement activities. The legal basis for this processing is a) your consent, or b) our legitimate interests, namely monitoring and improving our website and service.

How we collect Personally Identifiable Information.
(i) we may process your account data ("account data"). The account data may include your password and/or User ID, name, telephone number, street address, email address, and other Personally Identifiable Information.
(ii) we may process data about your use of our website and services ("usage data"). The usage data may include your IP address, geographical location, browser type and version, operating system, referral source, length of visit, page views and website navigation paths, as well as information about the timing, frequency and pattern of your website and services usage. The source of the usage data is our analytics tracking system.

The correspondence data may include the communication content and metadata associated with the communication. Our website will generate the metadata associated with communications made using website contact forms.
(iv) we may process information contained in any inquiry you submit to us regarding goods and/or services ("inquiry data").
(v) we may process information that you provide to us for the purpose of subscribing to our email notifications and/or newsletters ("notification data"). When you sign up for an account or use certain features, you may be opting to receive messages and/or phone calls from us, . You cannot opt-out of Administrative Emails. “Administrative Emails” relate to your activity on the Company Service and include but are not limited to emails regarding your account, requests or inquiries, and purchases of products and services, if applicable. If you do not want to receive promotional emails from us, you may elect to opt-out of receiving promotional emails at any time after registering, by e-mailing us at the email listed at the end of this Privacy Policy or by hitting the “unsubscribe” button at the bottom of any of our e-mails.
(vi) we may process information relating to transactions, including purchases of goods and services ("transaction data"). The transaction data may include first and last names, an email address to be used as a login, billing contact information, credit card number, crypto wallet address, and others.
(vii) we may process any of your personal data identified in this policy where necessary for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims, whether in court proceedings or in an administrative or out-of-court procedure. The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interests, namely the protection and assertion of our legal rights, your legal rights and the legal rights of others.
(viii) we may process your personal data where such processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which we are subject, or in order to protect your vital interests or the vital interests of another natural person.
(ix) we may process data related to your membership preferences and community participation, including your choice of plan (e.g., membership-only or membership with monthly box).

Providing your personal data to others.
Except as stated in this Section we do not sell or share your Personally Identifiable Information.
We may disclose your personal information to any affiliate of our Company which means any entity that, directly or indirectly through one or more intermediaries, controls or is controlled by or is under common control with Company.
We employ third parties to perform functions on our behalf such as hosting or operating the Site, communicating with other parties providing services to you, processing and/or fulfilling orders for products purchased through the Service, sending e-mail and/or other communications, maintaining customer and user information and databases, and credit card payment processing. These third parties may have access to your personal information in connection with performing these functions.
In addition, as our business changes, we may buy or sell various assets. In the event all or a portion of the assets owned or controlled by us, our parent or any subsidiary or affiliated entity are sold, assigned, transferred or acquired by another company, the information from and/or about our Service users may be among the transferred assets.

Non-Personally Identifiable Information. Non-Personally Identifiable Information is information that does not identify a specific person. This type of information may include things like the Uniform Resource Locator (“URL”) of the website you visited before coming to the Site or otherwise participating in the Service, the URL of the website you visit after leaving the Site, the type of browser you are using, your Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, mobile carrier information, mobile device information, or general and/or aggregated location data that does constitute Personally Identifiable Information. We, and/or our authorized third parties may automatically collect this information when you visit or use the Service using electronic tools like Cookies and Web beacons or Pixel tags, as described below in this Privacy Policy. We may disclose or share Non-Personally Identifiable Information with Third Party Providers and the public. For example, we may share aggregated demographic information (which does not include any Personally Identifiable Information) or use Third Party Providers to track and analyze Non-Personally Identifiable usage and volume statistical information from our users to administer the Service. We may also publish this aggregated information for promotional purposes. Such data is collected on our behalf and is owned and used by us.
Choices on Collection/Use of Information. You can always choose not to provide certain information, although a certain level of information is required to engage and participate in the Service.

Local Device Storage and other Tracking Technologies; Do Not Track (DNT):

Our services are subscription-based and focused primarily on digital community membership. Any physical product sent to you is considered a supplementary benefit of your active membership and not the primary subject of the transaction.

In the event you are provided with an opportunity to establish an account or profile on our Site, you may be able to access your Personally Identifiable Information via the Service with your password and username. This password is encrypted. We advise against sharing your password with anyone. Our goal is to connect pro-Israel individuals with the land and people of Israel through meaningful memberships and other plans.

2. REGISTERING AND CREATING AN ACCOUNT
You can use and view the Website at any time and at any time you will be further able to sign up, pay the monthly fee and create an account in order to become a member ("Account") all as detailed on our Website and as updated from time to time. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and for restricting the access to your Account and password and you are solely responsible for all activities which occur under your Account and password. You agree to immediately notify us of any disclosure or unauthorized use or breach of security at support@levhaolam.com. You hereby represent and warrant that any and all information provided by you through the Service and within creating the Account is and will be accurate and complete.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Website, Services, Items, Item's descriptions, pictures, video, signs and all of other content available herein, including but not limited, blogs, articles, images, text, trademarks, logos and designs (collectively, "Content") owned by Company or its third-party partners and provided to you for your personal and non-commercial use, all subject to the Terms herein.

By accessing the Website, using the services or creating an account, we hereby grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-commercial license to access the Website and use the service. We may prevent you from using the Website and our Services if we become aware of any action which breaches or which is reasonably construed as a breach of the Terms. We may also limit your use of the Website for any other reason and retain the right to terminate your use of the Website at our sole discretion.

WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTIES THAT THE SERVICE IS OR WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR USE IN ANY PARTICULAR LOCATION OR AT SPECIFIC TIME. WE MAY CHANGE, MODIFY, SUSPEND, OR DISCONTINUE ANY ASPECT OF THE SERVICE AT ANY TIME. YOUR ACCESS TO THE WEBSITE AND USE OF THE SERVICES IS AT YOUR OWN RISK AND RESPONSIBILITY.

6. TERMS OF SALE
By subscribing to Lev Haolam, you are purchasing a membership plan, not a physical product subscription. Membership gives you access to exclusive content, community features, and benefits, including the option to purchase Israeli-made goods and monthly Surprise Boxes at special discounted rates.

By becoming a member, users gain access to a range of exclusive benefits including:

• Access to a private online community with exclusive content and other community features, and
• Access to the Lev Haolam Shop, featuring unique Israeli-made products and opportunities to support small businesses and local artisans.

There are currently two membership tiers:

• Tier 1, which includes all membership benefits such as access to the private community and the Lev Haolam Shop, and the ability to purchase one Surprise Box per month at a 60% discount with shipping included. This box is optional and must be ordered separately. No product is shipped automatically under this plan.
• Tier 2, which includes the same membership benefits as Tier 1 plus one Surprise Box shipped monthly, automatically and at the same discounted club price. Shipping is included.
• In addition anyone may also purchase a one-time box Surprise Box without a subscription fee (full price) plus shipping.

You may use any accepted payment method available on our website (such as credit cards or PayPal) at the time of subscribing. Your payment method will be charged on a recurring basis (either 30 days after signup or at the start of each calendar month, depending on the subscription date), unless canceled in accordance with the below.

All fees are displayed clearly at the point of signup or checkout. Any optional product purchases (such as Surprise Boxes) are billed separately unless included in your selected plan.

Please note:

• All prices are listed in USD and may vary depending on currency conversion, promotions, or plan changes.
• Membership can be canceled at any time through your account or by contacting our support team.
• Orders for Surprise Boxes are considered voluntary, and members are not obligated to purchase any physical product.

Lev Haolam is not a non-profit organization and does not provide tax-deductible receipts.

7. SHIPPING, REFUNDS AND RETURNS, EXCHANGES & CANCELLATION
We currently deliver to 194 countries, including the United States, Canada, Australia, and Europe.

Delivery Timing: When subscribing to be a member, we will ship your monthly package within the first week of each calendar month using an international courier service. You will receive a notification when your box has shipped, including a tracking number (If you can’t track your package after 15 days, contact us at support@levhaolam.com with your name and order number). Typically, packages arrive within 2-3 weeks from the date of shipping. However, packages may arrive sooner or later, and we do not assume any responsibility on behalf of the courier or commit to any delivery date. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if you do not receive a Surprise Box within 6 weeks from the shipment date, we will either send you a new one or provide a full refund. Delivery Conditions. In the event that a package does not arrive, please contact support@levhaolam.com and we will send out a new package to you. If a received package contains defective items you should report such to us in order for us to report back to the manufacturer. We will use our best efforts to replace or refund the cost of a defective item BUT IN NO EVENT SHALL ASSUME ANY LIABILITY FOR SUCH A DEFECT which is a result of a third party manufacturer's actions. Furthermore, you hereby agree that any claims you may have relating to an item (other than a request for a refund or replacement item) due to consuming or using an Item, shall be directed solely to the manufacturer of such item.

In addition, packages may include allergenic items such as, fruits, nuts, other food products etc. IT IS YOUR SOLE RESPONSIBILITY TO INSPECT EACH PRODUCT AND INQUIRE ABOUT ITS ALLERGENIC STATUS. WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO ANY BODILY HARM CAUSED BY NEGLIGENT CONSUMPTION OF SUCH ITEMS BY YOU.

Duties and Taxes

• In the USA Lev Haolam covers applicable taxes and duties for deliveries within the United States.
• In other countries: Any local taxes or import duties are the responsibility of the package recipient.
• Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after receipt if the item is unused and in its original condition. To return an item or ask a question, please contact: support@levhaolam.com. Our customer care team will respond within 1–3 business days. If your refund is approved, it will be returned to the original payment method. Most refunds are processed within 7 business days, but in rare cases, it may take up to 14 business days. You will be refunded the full order amount for your box. If more than 14 business days have passed since your refund was issued, please contact us at support@levhaolam.com and we’ll investigate.

Replacing items which are not defective shall be requested by contacting support@levhaolam.com and shall be as per applicable Israeli law regarding such transactions.

If an item is damaged in shipping please email us promptly with your tracking number and a photo of the damage. We will arrange a replacement.

You can cancel your subscription using our Unsubscribe page, except that membership fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins and any such cancelation shall be effective with the next billing cycle. Any Surprise Box scheduled under that membership will still be sent and cannot be refunded once processing has begun.

If you cancel an annual plan before the end of the term, we will refund the unused portion (for boxes not yet shipped). Contact support@levhaolam.com to request this.

9. VIRUSES
You must not misuse this Website by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to this Website, to the server in which it is stored, or to any server, computer or database connected to it. You must not attack this Website via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of-service attack.

By breaching this provision, you would commit a criminal offence under relevant criminal laws. We will report any such breach to the relevant authorities and will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them. In the event of such a breach, your right to use this Website will immediately cease.

13. TERMINATION
You can terminate these Terms and the use of the Website and service at any time. If you wish to terminate your use of the Website or service, you may do so simply by ceasing your use of the website and services or by sending us a request to delete your Account. Once the Account is deleted you will not be able to recover it and if you wish to use the Service again, you will need to subscribe and recreate an Account, therefore, if you believe you will want to use the Service again we recommend you not to delete your Account. We may terminate your access to all or any part of the Website or Services at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice, effective immediately. Such termination may result in the destruction of all information and data associated with your use of the Website and Services. If you were already billed for said last month of membership, you will then receive your last package, however, if you wish to be refunded (in the event that you were billed but the package was not yet shipped) please let us know.

14. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel (excluding provisions of conflict of laws) and regarding any dispute arising out of or in connection herewith, you hereby agree to first contact us at support@levhaolam.com and attempt to resolve the dispute with us directly and amicably. If we were not able to resolve the dispute with you, we each agree by these enforceable Terms, to resolve any claim, and unless otherwise required by a mandatory law dispute or controversy arising out of or in connection with or relating to these Terms by binding and exclusively arbitration by shall be referred to a single arbitrator, which shall be appointed by mutual consent of the Parties. If the Parties are unable to agree on the identity of the arbitrator within seven days of a Party's request to appoint an arbitrator, then the decision as to the identity of the arbitrator may be referred by each Party to the Chairman of the Tel Aviv District of the Israeli Bar Association, who shall be authorized to appoint the arbitrator. The arbitration proceedings shall be held in Tel Aviv, Israel. The arbitration and any information and documents submitted therein shall be confidential (subject to each Party's right to apply to court in order to confirm or cancel the arbitrator's award). The arbitrator shall adhere to Israeli substantive law, but shall not be required to adhere to procedural law or law of evidence. The arbitration award shall be reasoned and shall be provided in writing. The arbitration award shall not be appealable. The provisions of this Section constitute an "arbitration agreement" under the Israeli Arbitration Law of 1968.

15. MISCELLANEOUS
These Terms, constitute the entire understanding between the parties with respect to the use of the Website or Service. If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, such provision shall be reformed only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable and such decision shall not affect the enforceability of such provision under other circumstances, or of the remaining provisions hereof under all circumstances. Failure of the Company to enforce any rights or to take action against you in the event of any breach hereunder shall not be deemed as a waiver of such rights or of subsequent actions in the event of future breaches. These Terms of Use and any right granted herein may not be assigned by you without the prior written consent of the Company.
