Zuta
Zuta is a small artisan factory on Israel's northernmost border, near Rosh HaNikra, crafting jams and sauces with no preservatives — only olive oil, real local fruits, and vegetables from nearby fields. For months during the war in the north, the founders couldn't reach their factory without military escort — yet they never closed, never left, because the border is their home. For Lev Haolam, they created a special fig jam with white hyssop — an herb that grows only here, on the border with Lebanon and Syria.
