Refund Policy
You can apply for a refund in the following cases:
1. You are not satisfied with the quality of the package you received
2. The package has been in transit for more than 6 weeks with no update
3. If the package is damaged or incomplete

To request a refund:
1. Inform us of the problem, preferably by sending a clear description along with photos, videos or screenshots (if available) to our customer care email:

3. Once confirmed, your money will be sent to the payment method you used at checkout. It usually takes up to 7 working days for the refund to be fully processed, In rare cases, it may take up to 14 working days

Note! If the money was debited in a current month, you can't get a refund and the package will be delivered.
